How I Can Help
For most engagements, I like to get started with a call or two to understand your biggest pain points and challenges today. I want to understand your organization. Get to know who you're trying to serve and what makes you special.
We'll also cover what's been working in your current marketing, SEO, or demand generation efforts. Perhaps more importantly, we’ll discuss what hasn't been working.
Typically we can cover all of this ground in 30–60 minutes, depending on the size of your organization or problem and the background information you can send me beforehand.
These calls are always free. I'll never charge when we're getting to know each other.
Step #1 Phone Consultation
Based on our conversations, I'll put together a proposal for an initial engagement. The purpose of this first project is twofold:
Deliver real value and insights you can act on directly. Either internally with your staff or with an existing partner
Outline the value-adding ways we can work together on an ongoing basis
This will always be custom to your needs and your organization. It's always completed by me, I don't ship out projects. If we're working together, you're working with me.
This first project contains the strategy I'd recommend following to accomplish your goal. There will be tactical recommendations you can implement directly, or if you want and I have availability, we can outline an ongoing engagement where I actually implement these items.
This typically ranges from $3,000–$5,000 and takes about two weeks.
Step #2 The Assessment and Strategy
Based on the assessment, if there's ongoing work I could help with, I'll outline that in the document with my recommendation of where I could provide the most value.
Following the presentation I give at the completion of my initial strategy and assessment, you can see if that recommendation fits your needs and budget.
I'll always be willing to discuss what an ongoing engagement that's beneficial to you looks like, and I'm willing to customize my proposal to fit your unique needs.

Step #3 Ongoing Relationship
